On 13 December, we gather on the water in Berlin to mark a quiet passage — from year 11 into year 12 of SUNDAZE.

This is not a performance in the usual sense, and not a social event as we know it.

It is a shared moment shaped by intention, sound, stillness, and closeness.

We meet not through conversation, but through presence.

REFINING — A Floating Gathering

The evening is held by a live piano performance from

Sergio Díaz De Rojas — composer and pianist.

Sergio’s music unfolds slowly, creating emotional landscapes that invite listening rather than attention.

For this gathering, he will perform facing the water and the setting sun,

offering sound into the open space, while we listen from behind — quietly, collectively.

His presence anchors the evening, allowing sound to become a guide into stillness.

The Place — SaltyAcid

This gathering takes place at SaltyAcid — a floating cultural platform on Berlin’s waters.

We’re creating REFINING in collaboration with SaltyAcid, letting the space itself hold the evening: sound, silence, and presence on the water.
